Participants are requested to carefully read and understand the following Terms & Conditions before booking any tour or Lodge with Off-road trails. Once a booking is made, it is understood that the participant has read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the Rules and Regulations outlined below.

Company Information

• All payments should be made in the name of OFF ROAD TRAILS, payable in LUCKNOW, through cash, cheque, demand draft, or online transfer.

Booking Policy

• All bookings for Lodges and tours are accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Off road trails reserves the right to change the venue, dates, schedule, cost, or cancel any tour or Lodge without prior notice.

On Tour / Lodge

• Participants are required to strictly follow the instructions and decisions of the Tour Leader or any authorized representative of Off-road trails during the entire duration of the tour/Lodge.

Accommodation Guidelines

• Room/Tent allocation will be done as per the discretion of the Tour Leader and subject to the check-in/check-out timings of the hotel or resort.
• In most accommodations, extra beds are provided in the form of a mattress with a bed sheet, blanket, and pillow.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing, duly signed by the participant or guardian. Verbal or email requests are not accepted.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed by cheque only within 30 days after the completion of the tour/Lodge.
• Substitution or transfer of a booking from one participant to another is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Cancellations related to air/rail tickets, forest entry permits, or hotel bookings will be governed by the respective provider’s cancellation policies.

Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges will apply regardless of the reason, including medical emergencies, exams, interviews, sports tournaments, etc.:

8–15 days	75% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days	100% of total tour cost

Liability Disclaimer

Off-road trails Safaris and Off-road trails shall not be held responsible for any of the following under any circumstances:

1. Death, injury, illness, accidents, loss, or damage to person or property.
2. Delays, discomfort, or increased costs arising from train/bus/flight delays, natural calamities, weather changes, strikes, war, quarantine, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen cause.
3. Any loss, theft, or damage (temporary or permanent) to baggage or personal belongings.
4. Additional expenses incurred due to emergencies or force majeure must be borne entirely by the participant.
5. If a tour is cut short or canceled mid-way due to natural disasters, riots, strikes, or political unrest, no refunds shall be granted for the unused portion of the tour.
6. Any hike in fuel prices, government taxes, forest entry fees, or transportation charges will lead to a proportional increase in tour cost, which must be paid by the participant.
