This is an exciting tour which takes you to heart of central India, the land of “The jungle book”. The main tour includes safaris in two of India’s prime tiger habitats, “Pench national park and Kanha national park”, with option for pre-extension to Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve and post- extension to Magical Satpura National Park.

It is also a most preferred tiger tour. Having advantage of good flight connectivity to Nagpur from major cities in India which gets you close to heart of central Indian wilderness just a Two hour drive from Nagpur to Pench national park in Madhya Pradesh is quite convenient and takes you away from hustle and bustle of crowded cities to calm and mesmerising wilderness.

The main focus of the tour is majestic Royal Bengal Tigers apart from 47 different species of mammals and over 300 species of Birding. Tour include mostly Game Drive and bit of walking.

Our tour Starts from Nagpur. Our representative or Tour leader will meet you at the airport and will escort you to Pench National park. Or (if you have opted for pre-extension you will be taken to a luxury hotel in Nagpur for overnight stay and we will drive to Tadoba national park).

Your stay in Pench national park at luxury lodge is for two nights with three Safaris.

Pench National park, is in the lower southern reaches of the Satpura hills is named after Pench river, which flows through the park from north to south. It is located on the southern boundary of Madhya Pradesh, bordering Maharashtra, in the districts of Seoni and Chhindwara.

Pench is India’s 1st interstate park, which is dived into 2 different states of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Pench is over 1400 sq/km in area and is a Dry deciduous forest dominated by teak trees.

After our stay in Pench. We will be travelling by road to mesmerising Kanha national park, en-route potter’s village. Where you can try your hands on mastering the skills of pottery, the total drive time from Pench to Kanha takes about four and a half hours.

Kanha tiger reserve is spread over an area of about 1949 km/sq with lush green Sal forest with fantastic bio diversity and we will maximise our chances of spotting tigers in seven safaris. We will be staying in Kanha for four nights at beautiful Kanha Jungle lodge amidst of Sal forest or similar accommodation.

Both parks are rich in fauna and flora, we can expect to see Tigers, leopards, wild dogs, four different species of deer including Hard ground swamp deer from Kanha which is endemic, Gaur (which is the biggest wild cattle in the world), Jackals, Neel Gai and over 120 species of birds can be easily spotted during your stay.

In addition to the main tour you can choose to extend your holiday by opting for pre-extension to Tadoba Andhari Tiger reserve in the state of Maharashtra for three nights. Tadoba andhari tiger reserve is situated in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra about 2 hours’ drive from Nagpur city. Tadoba was unknown to foreign travellers until recently, Due to increase in tiger population and density the opportunity to spot a tiger increases.
